What is your payment policy?
We require 50% deposit upon booking with a signed contract, the additional 50% is due 30 days before your event date. An invoice will be sent to your email on file.

Can you provide the alcohol?
California state law prevents us from buying and supplying the alcohol. Our clients must provide the alcohol for the event and we will take it from there. We will provide each client with a custom alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and preferences.

What does the 1:1 consultation entail?
We will discuss your event details including date, time, location, guest count, package options, alcohol shopping list, signature drinks, custom menu, signage, and supplies. We are committed to providing excellence for each client and will be sure to answer any and all questions you may have for us as we go.

What drinks do you serve?
We will provide you with a list of popular signature drinks that you can choose from but are not limited to! If you would like to serve specific cocktails that are not on the list we will be happy to craft something unique for your event.

How will I know what alcohol to buy?
We will provide you with a custom alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and your spirit preferences as well as the percentage of beer, wine, and liquor you want to serve at your event.

Can you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes! We can craft mocktails if you would like non alcoholic options. We can also provide a full non alcoholic bar service if that is your preference. Reach out and we will be happy to make a custom menu with you for your unique event.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, The Thirst Trap Mobile bar is fully licensed and insured. Our bartenders are certified and ready to serve your next event!
